Mariposa Homeowners Association

Mariposa is located 3 miles East of Qualcomm stadium off of Mission George Road, just West of Mission Trails Regional Park. Tierrasanta is to our North, Del Cerro and SDSU to the South and San Carlos to the East. Mariposa offers luxurious country living while being centrally located just minutes from most of the county.

Mariposa was designed and built by Pacific Scene in the early 1980s. The community consists of Spanish style townhomes that combine warmth, comfort and efficiency plus an outstanding location.
