All of our committees are in need
of your help. Volunteer and help make our community a better
place to live. Get in contact with a Committee chairperson or a
member of the Board for more information. Or better yet, why
not show up at the next Board meeting.
Architectural Committee
This
committee is responsible for maintaining the beauty of our complex's
buildings. This is accomplished by allowing changes and
improvements to be made to our units while ensuring consistent design,
feel or uniformity. Any time you wish to make changes to the
exterior of your unit you must get the approval of this committee
first.
- This committee is handled by the Board at monthly meetings. Any contact/questions should be directed towards our property manager.
Landscape Committee
This
committee is responsible for being the liaison with our landscape
contractor (Frank of Del Mar Landscaping). The committee
determines what needs the most attention around our community and informs
the landscaper. They also determine what plant materials are
used for a given area and are responsible to see that our trees are
trimmed to maintain their beauty and our safely.

Pool Committee
This committee
is responsible for maintaining the pool area. This encompasses
everything from keeping the area clean, to recommending needed repairs to
the Board.
